Thing 9 - taking and editing photos

The iPad camera isn't bad- it seems a bit cumbersome to be holding up such a large tablet...but it works!  I tried the Avairy app to do some editing - fairly successful.  I never claimed to be a great photographer, or artist.  I took lots of pictures of dogs during our read to a dog program, and I "edited" Jeep.  I think it would take a lot more practice, patience, and paying for some effects to make this really useful for photographers or artists.
